About EZ Driver Training

At Scorecard Coach LLC,

We specialize in developing practical, real-world training for Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) drivers and teams using a training methodology focused on leadership through training using theory and practice. There are 3 types of learners: Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic. Using this training system, we have combined all three learning styles to ensure that no matter what type of learner you are, we have training to meet your needs. Founded by John James, a former DSP operations leader,  driver trainer, and aerial port logistics training specialist for the Air Force, our mission is simple: give drivers the knowledge, tools, and confidence to perform at their best from day one.

With years of in-the-field experience, John has trained hundreds of delivery associates to achieve top-level scorecard performance while staying safe, efficient, and professional. His approach blends proven delivery techniques, leadership principles, and respect for the driver’s role in the larger logistics network. The goal is not just to meet expectations—but to raise the standard for how drivers are prepared, supported, and respected in their work.

Our Commitment to Drivers

We believe proper training is more than policy—it’s the foundation for operational success, safety, and driver retention. By teaching real techniques that work under pressure, we help drivers reduce stress, avoid costly mistakes, and take pride in their craft.
