What is EZ Driver Training?   

The Driver Training course, Driver Book, Driver E-Book, and video training courses focus on providing real-world solutions to the challenges drivers face daily, ensuring they are equipped for success.

This training is for drivers. To help all drivers feel confident, supported, and empowered in their roles. Knowledge is power.  
 
What Problem Does It Solve?
There is a significant gap in the current training process that holds drivers responsible for key performance metrics—like safety and delivery quality—without fully demonstrating how to meet those expectations.  

This can leave drivers overwhelmed and unprepared, leading to issues like frustration, turnover, and performance dips.

Does It Work?
At my DSP, we achieved 154 out of 156 Fantastic-Plus Scorecards using this system.

One of our drivers was nominated for Driver of the Year.
